This is how I have closed my SoulCycle classes since I can remember. It has become my mantra on the bike and beyond. Being fearless doesn’t mean that the FEARS don’t exist but that we are willing to be brave and lean into the scary unknowns. The monsters under the bed no longer terrify us because we possess the power to turn the lights on.
